We engage, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the design process on behalf of the client to ensure their vision is accurately translated into the final design, while remaining aligned with their budget, program, and project objectives. Our role is to bridge the gap between the client and design team, advocating for the client’s needs throughout all design stages.

Advancing a project from the design phase to construction readiness involves a series of carefully considered, coordinated, and executed steps. We take care of program development and scheduling, identifying project risks and mitigation controls, head contract procurement, business continuity strategies, and achieve all necessary development approvals.

Once the project is construction-ready, Jenarc becomes the Superintendent, who is the contractually authorised representative of the client, to review all construction information and provide an endorsement recommendation for client sign-off. We'll do the heavy lifting when it comes to managing the head contract, construction program, financial management, site safety and quality, and your reporting needs.
