Pre-construction management

Advancing a project from the design phase to construction readiness involves a series of carefully considered, coordinated, and executed steps. We take care of that for you.

Superintendency

Once the project is construction-ready, Jenarc offers superintendent services. Essentially, we are the contractually authorised representative who reviews all construction information and makes informed recommendations to our clients for approval.
