Health Infrastructure Asset Verification and Prioritisation

Jenarc was engaged by Ngaanyatjarra Health Service (NHS) to deliver a comprehensive review of staff accommodation and community health assets across seven remote communities – Warakurna, Warburton, Wanarn, Wingellina, Jameson, Blackstone and Tjukurla of the Ngaanyatjarra Lands.

To deliver this project, Jenarc worked closely with NHS to define organisational priorities, carry out on-site condition inspections of 83 assets to capture the structural condition of each property, services and utility location, fit-for-purpose use, and compliance considerations.

Findings were consolidated into a structured asset database and prioritised using a weighted scoring model to provide NHS with a single, evidence-based source of truth on the current condition of its owned and leased property portfolio. Jenarc also provided project scope and indicative pricing of all maintenance, repair, or renovation work required to bring each asset up to a conformant standard.

The result? Jenarc provided NHS with a database containing all healthcare assets and the associated information required to support strategic funding opportunity and operational decisions.
